In the times of epidemics, when everything seems suspended, life goes on and someone comes up with all his creativity to document it. The Italian photographer Filippo Venturi, locked down in his house in the town of Forlì, shows that interesting works can arise from unexpected situations. Staying within the limits imposed by the law to contain the virus spreading, from his house’s door he realized a series of portraits of the riders of food delivery, who continue to work between suspicion, fear of contagion and tips.

Riders at the time of Coronavirus.
From this, he realized a reportage, published on The Guardian, in which he gives space to those who, in times when everything seems still, move around the city to deliver food house-to-house.
Yixing Design Pleiadi International is proud to be with Filippo Venturi in a relationship of mutual esteem and friendship, which will merge into a big photographic project on the road, whose protagonists will be China, its urban and natural landscapes and its people. Stay tuned!
